We just went to the Mercury for the first time and it was the best diner I have ever been to. We were served by the most amazing sever Han. Sincerely, we had the best service. Fun, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. The onions rings have quickly become my new comfort food. We will be back many many times.

Enjoyed this nostalgic diner, decor is true to the era. The attention to detail throughout is impressive. Help support this local business and plan to pay in cash. Denver was well put together with amazing brown bread. The beef stew, soup of the day, was hearty and tasty. The cheeseburger was a well grilled patty and tasty.

Recommended by my sister on a visit to Regina, and it did not disappoint! Food was fresh, scratch made soup and delicious, service by server Galya was stellar, courteous fast and efficient. As for dessert it was a well executed classic, Carrot Cake! Definitely will return.

Food was excellent. Restaurant decor was fun! Server was happy and friendly. Food came out quick. My partner had the burger. Patties are made in house daily and were excellent. I had breakfast and subbed the toast for pancake. Breakfast was excellent. Pancake was perfect. Light and fluffy but also moist. Homemade whipped cream was excellent. My friends had the omelet and Tofu scrambler. The tofu scrambler was excellent! A good option for someone who doesn’t like eggs! I would order the tofu scrambler for my self next time but I love pancakes too much to cheat! They also have Mexican cane sugar coke in the glass bottles!

I love having this restaurant in my area. Cool atmosphere, decent food and friendly service. If the prices and portions were better, I would go more often. I use it as a meeting place which works great but if you’re looking to fill a hungry belly then perhaps turn elsewhere. Don’t get me wrong, I love this place but it isn’t always the right choice. It might turn into the automatic go-to eatery if it stopped selling cans of pop for 3.25. Other than that, this is definitely a place to check out

OMG the tofu scramble is SO good! The hubby got the classic breakfast, also good. As someone who's not a big fan of hashbrowns, I actually love the kind here, seems to be sliced potatoes fried golden in a pan. And they have Mexican Coke in glass bottles. Also liked the hotsauce, not too spicy, lots of flavour and a bit vinegary, went perfectly with the food. The staff was great, atmosphere was great. Love this place!

I have never been to this establishment and my first impression is that this place and staff is by far amazing. The food I had tasted really well made, the young lady who helped me was real kind and friendly, I appreciated how I was treated here and will make this a place myself, my friends and family go to.

Favorite place to eat in town they have amazing homemade food and great prices. Great atmosphere with 60s themed music I would definitely recommend this place to people
